This is a three part series of webinars presented by Legal Services for Prisoners with Children. Attendance at all three is strongly encouraged but not required.

Part 1 gave an overview of pre-Trump II federal policy on disparate impact analysis in employment and housing discrimination law and how that form of analysis bears on the rights and interests of persons with records of arrest or criminal conviction.
