Antelope Valley Self-Help Legal Access Center Attorney

The attorney is responsible for working with NLSLA staff and volunteers to operate self-help legal access center for Los Angeles County located at the Pomona, Chatsworth or Van Nuys courthouses.  The Staff Attorney will interview self-represented persons seeking assistance on civil court law matters, including family and housing issues and provide educational materials and information in order to access the court system.

Bet Tzedek seeks a full-time staff paralegal for its Rapid Response Project. The project involves the provision of legal services to low and moderate income members living or working in the Beverly Hills area with housing issues, including advice and representation concerning the rent stabilization sections of the Beverly Hills Municipal Code, as well as providing legal services to moderate and low income seniors on a wide range of civil legal matters, including government benefits, consumer issues, debtors’ rights, and advance planning.

Medi- Cal Staff Attorney

Bet Tzedek seeks an attorney to provide legal services, advocacy, education, and other support to In-Home Supportive Health Services (IHSS) providers, consumers, and their families. This Staff Attorney will also work in collaboration with Bet Tzedek’s Impact Team and IHSS & Medi- Cal policy specialist to identify and execute on impact litigation and policy initiatives.
