Description

In this webinar you will learn how to analyze a case from first contact through to your organization’s decision to take on the case or place with pro bono counsel. In addition, we will delve into document review techniques by focusing on a short case study set of property records to determine what light they shed on a sample case presented for your input. This training will require reviewing a short email and 16 (sparse) pages of documentation ahead of time. Registration will be closed at 4pm the day prior to the training.

Presenter: Stephanie Carroll from Public Counsel
