This webinar will review basic principles and the latest case law and developments regarding the disability rights of California tenants and shelter residents — including during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Additional topics will include disability rights following the end of the eviction moratorium; in emergency rental assistance programs; and in COVID-related housing (such as Project Roomkey, Project Homekey, SIP hotels, safe sleep sites, etc.).
