This training will provide information about how the California COVID-19 Rent Relief Program and the Emergency Rental Assistance Program funding from the U.S. Treasury can be used to provide eviction interventions for tenants with unpaid rental arrears due to COVID-19. The training will focus on legal requirements for landlords seeking evictions as per SB 91, and what tenants and landlords need to do to get financial assistance.
