The Supervising Attorney will supervise the operations, staff, and contractors of multiple complex projects to successfully complete the deliverables in the portfolio of the Court Assistance, Resources, and Education group related to rules and forms development, legal counsel to Judicial Council Advisory Committees, and management of major education and technical assistance programs for the courts
including the Indian Child Welfare Act grant program, the Tribal Violence Against Women Education program, and the Tribal Attorney’s Dependency project. The team carries out complex, high profile analysis and judicial branch content development on behalf of the Judicial Council in all areas of juvenile and tribal law relations.
The Service Desk Technician maintains performance of computer systems, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems and issues for agency staff at multiple sites.
The Policy Analyst will work with DRC leadership to assess, develop, shape, and implement DRC’s policy priorities related to people with I/DD at the local, state, and federal level.
