Love Adu is a Junior at UC Berkeley majoring in Data Science and Media Studies. Love has served as a gubernatorial appointee to the California Community Colleges Board of Governors, where she shapes statewide higher education policy. She has worked as a research intern with Outvote, focusing on LGBTQ+ civic engagement and digital platforms. She has contributed policy and legislative advocacy research with Groundwork Collaborative, the CA Secretary of State, and Common Cause. Love has also presented original research on democracy, media, and civic participation at the Southern California Conferences for Undergraduate Research and the National Conference on Undergraduate Research.
