The official newspaper of the Archdiocese of San Francisco, Catholic San Francisco is charged with sharing in the mission of spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ. It functions as a public communication between the archbishop and the people of the archdiocese as well as a means of credibly informing Catholics in the archdiocese about the church and the faith, locally, nationally and in the world.
