Immigration Attorney – Marin County & Surrounding Areas (Hybrid)

Job Overview
Social Justice Collaborative (SJC), a nonprofit legal services organization based in Berkeley, seeks an Immigration Attorney to expand free legal services in Marin County and neighboring Bay Area communities. The attorney will manage a diverse caseload (asylum, removal defense, humanitarian relief), conduct intakes, and help launch pro se clinics. This hybrid role requires frequent in-person appearances in Marin and surrounding areas for court hearings, outreach, and community events.

Required Qualifications
J.D. and active California Bar membership (required)
Minimum one year of immigration law experience (asylum or removal defense)
Experience with intake management and pro se support models preferred
Strong commitment to immigrant rights and access to justice
Willingness to travel regularly for in-person meetings and court appearances
