East Bay Community Law Center (EBCLC) is hiring a Human
Resources Manager to be based in Berkeley, CA (hybrid role) who will support the organization’s mission and leadership in creating a supportive workplace environment for its diverse and committed staff. We are seeking a racial justice leader with 5+ years of relevant experience who’s excited about joining an organization with a black woman-led and majority-women-of-color executive team.
The Human Resource Manager loves building relationships across areas of
difference, approaches their work with humility and integrity, and is solutions-oriented.
