Description
The Placer County Counsel’s Office is looking for an entry-level Civil Legal Secretary I to draft, proofread, and e-file everything from pleadings and motions to subpoenas and contracts. You’ll support trial prep, manage paper and electronic files, track Public Records Act requests, schedule hearings, and serve as the friendly face at our front desk.
To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma and the equivalent of 2 years of experience performing secretarial and technical legal support duties in a legal office, including supporting civil litigation.
