Description

Getting the findings and record you need to give your client the options of post-trial motions, writs, or appeals is an ongoing challenge and yet especially critical when serving domestic violence survivors. This training will discuss current law and strategies for determining what you need in your record and possible ways to get it. We will look at areas in family law where factual findings, legal conclusions, or orders with specific content are required.
