In this Child Care Law Center training, attendees will learn about California housing protections for family child care providers and helpful resources to navigate this topic. Specifically, attendees will learn about the California housing rights that protect family child care providers from:

● Unlawful regulation by cities and counties;

● Housing discrimination by housing providers like landlords, property managers, Homeowners Associations, etc.; and

● Housing discrimination by insurance providers
