This webinar will educate attorneys about the rights of lactating students and employees in California’s schools, colleges, and universities. It will provide an overview of legally required accommodations for lactation in these settings, as well as highlight empirical findings surrounding compliance and implementation. This webinar will be useful for attorneys interested in improving their knowledge of the legal frameworks for lactation accommodation in education, which will in turn improve their ability to identify related client issues.
