Ethical issues arise daily in legal services, but most ethics training focuses on issue not relevant to legal services advocates. This webinar will address ethical issues that arise in everyday practice in a legal services program. The issues include conflicts of interest, confidentiality, representing multiple clients, and other common problem areas.

This webinar is intended to provide legal information, not legal advice for the purposes of training only practicing attorneys. The legal information in this webinar is not intended to be a substitute for seeking personalized legal advice from an attorney licensed to practice in your jurisdiction. Further, we do not intend to create an attorney-client relationship with any listener.

This session is approved for ONE hour MCLE Ethics self-study credit.
