Ethics in a Legal Services Context

The Rules of Professional Conduct apply to all attorneys, but they often have different implications in the legal services context. This interactive program will focus on the most common ethical issues legal services attorneys face in their practice.
1. Understand the basics of legal ethics as applied to the legal services context.
2. Learn how to analyze an ethical issue when it arises.
3. Learn specific application of the Rules of Professional Conduct in actual legal services cases.
Participants will be actively engaged in analyzing how to address ethical issues in their practice.
1 hour of Ethics CLE.
