“Structured Negotiation” is a way to achieve a win-win resolution of legal claims while avoiding the need for lawsuits. Your clients gain a forum outside the courtroom where stories matter and they can feel heard. Opposing parties gain a way to do the right thing without conceding legal violations. This webinar will focus on the nitty gritty: how can legal service lawyers use the process to achieve results for clients, including damages, attorneys’ fees, and systemic change.
This webinar is being presented by Lainey Feingold. Lainey Feingold is a disability civil rights lawyer in private practice and an author. Her book, Structured Negotiation, A Winning Alternative to Lawsuits, was published by the American Bar Association in 2016.
