This webinar is a refresher and update on the laws in a similar training the California Women’s Law Center and Legal Aid at Work presented in 2019. It is a thorough overview of California state and federal anti-discrimination, harassment, and assault laws. This webinar is useful for any attorney who works with clients who experience discrimination, harassment, and assault and wants to improve their knowledge of these laws. It is helpful for attorneys seeking to provide pro bono representation in legal fields where these protections come into play.
