Victims of fake San Fernando Valley immigration lawyer due restitution

March 18, 2015

Jesus Lozano, who was practicing immigration law without a license, will be forced to pay restitution to his victims. He faces between 90 and 120 days in jail and will be placed on three years of probation.

A contempt of court case was filed against him by Neighborhood Legal Services in 2012 for violating an order in 2003 from a Superior Court judge that prohibited Lozano from doing any legal work.
