Amir Sarreshtehdary is serving as head of the Estate Planning Department at Brayton Purcell, LLP and as an Of Counsel attorney to the Atashi Rang Law Firm PC. He received his Bachelor of Arts from UC Irvine in Criminology, Law, and Society, cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, and received his Juris Doctorate from UC Hastings College of the Law. Mr. Sarreshtehdary earned his LL.M. in Taxation Law with honors from Golden Gate University, with an emphasis in Estate Planning. He served as the Co-Chair of the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the Marin County Bar Association from 2010-2013. He is a member of the State Bar of California´s Trusts and Estates Section. Amir also serves as Adjunct Professor for the LL.M. In Taxation program at Golden Gate University.
