As of January 1, 2016, Legal Aid of Napa Valley has joined Bay Area Legal Aid (BayLegal). Prior to the merger, the organizations had been long-time partners, sharing a strong commitment to legal excellence, equal justice, diversity, and pro bono. The merger expands Bay Area Legal Aid’s services in Napa County and provides the Napa community with access to a broader infrastructure of 70+ attorneys and deep expertise in poverty law, including domestic violence and sexual assault prevention, economic security, housing preservation, consumer protection, and healthcare access.
