LAAC In Action is a monthly member E-Newsletter produced by LAAC. Each issue has information regarding current and upcoming advocacy work, conferences, trainings, and news throughout the state.
Legal Services Trust Fund Commission Meetings
The Legal Services Trust Fund Commission administers the IOLTA Program and the Equal Access Fund. They meet in San Francisco and Los Angeles and make the funding and eligibility determinations for all IOLTA programs. The meetings include both open and closed sessions, depending on the subject to be discussed.
Their upcoming meeting dates in 2013 are as follows:
April 5 Commission meeting to approve IOLTA applications
June 21 Eligibility & Budget Review Committee meeting;
Commission meeting to approve IOLTA budgets
October 4 Commission meeting to approve EAF budgets
November 15 Commission meeting to approve partnership grants
